As a current Holland customer and a prepaid replenishment vendor to key retailers, simply follow the normal quote-free process:

1. Online pickup request: visit hollandregional.com and book Multiday Window™ Shipment..
   
   
   
2. Quote-Free BOL Sticker: simply check the window option and supply the window dates.
   
   
   
   
3. Authorized Verbiage: write "Guaranteed Window Between" and provide the window range on the BOL.
   
   NOTE: the standard due date must be either before or within the requested multiday delivery window.
